Itinerary

Day 1: Aqaba – Petra

Meets and assist at Aqaba port at 15:00, transfer to Petra, check in at your hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Petra - Amman

Breakfast and our tour guide will escort you into Petra And show you the highlights of the

 

Nabatean city. You will enter the city through the Siq, the narrow gorge and be rewarded with

the most astonishing and dramatic monument in Jordan: the Treasury. You will also visit the

theatre, the tombs and façades and the colonnaded street. In the afternoon you are free to wander

around in Petra and explore the area for yourself. Late afternoon, drive to Amman via desert high

way, check in at your hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amman – Jerash – Madaba - Nebo – Wadi Rum

You visit Jerash, the Pompeii of the East. You enter through the monumental South Gate, into

 

the Oval Plaza and find yourself wandering around in a Roman city. Jerash has been covered by

sand for centuries, the main reason why it is still so well-preserved. You can experience the

marvelous acoustics of the amphitheatre, the stage of the Jerash music festival which is held

every year. See for yourself how the Romans built the earthquake-proof columns of the

colonnaded streets. Drive to Madaba and Nebo where you will overlook the Promised Land. Just

like Moses once did after traveling through the desert for forty years. And you will visit the

remains of a church dating back to the sixth century, drive via desert high way to Wadi Rum,

check in at our campsite, BBQ, dinner and overnight

Day 4: Wadi Rum – Aqaba port

After breakfast Jeep tour You will pass the famous seven pillars of wisdom, described by

 

Lawrence of Arabia. Our guided jeep tour will show you Lawrence of Arabia’s house and

Thamudic and Nabatean inscriptions made centuries ago. Transfer to Aqaba port, departure.
