Day 1

Arrive at Christchurch International Airport where you will be met by your South Island driver then enjoy city sights of “The Garden City”

Highlights Include:

• Mona Vale Rose Gardens
• Cathedral Square
• Arts Centre
• Cashmere Hills Lookout
• Bridge of Remembrance (subject to available time).
• Overnight in Christchurch.

Day 2

Depart Christchurch for Kaikoura travelling through Canterbury vineyards and along the rugged east coast. Continue up the coast line to the Marlbourgh Sounds township of Picton

Highlights Include:

• Stopover in Kaikoura
• Picton city sights

Day 3

Depart Picton for Motueka via the beautiful Queen Charlotte Sounds

Highlights Include:

• Stopover in “The Sunshine City” Nelson including city sights
• Visit the golden sands of Kaiteriteri Beach set in the Able Tasman National Park
• Overnight in Motueka.

Day 4

Depart Motueka for Franz Josef / Fox Glacier via the wild and beautiful coastline of the West Coast

Highlights Include:

• Visit to a Jade Factory in Hokitika
• Travel through the wetlands of theWestland National Park.
• Walk to either Franz Josef or Fox Glacier.

Optional Extras Include:

• Scenic helicopter flight including a landing on the Glacier

Day 5

Depart Fox/Franz Josef for Queenstown passing through the native forests of the Westland National Park.

Highlights Include:

• Lake Wanaka
• Cromwell Orchard shop and sampling the delightful fruits of Central Otago
• Visiting the world famous Hackett Bungy Jump
• Queenstown city sights.
• Overnight in Queenstown

Day 6

Spend the day in Queenstown

• Overnight in Queenstown.

Day 7

Depart Queenstown for Christchurch traveling through the spectacular MacKenzie Basin and the beautiful farmlands of the Canterbury Plains.

Highlights Include:

• Visit Lake Tekapo and the most photographed church in New Zealand, “The Church of the Good Shepherd”
• Pass through Mount Cook National Park with photo stop at Lake Pukaki
• Depart from Christchurch International Airport.
